Customers must register using the Registration Form in order to access their Account. This will allow you to view your Plus Points balance, allow you to redeem Plus Points against other products.

Customers will receive Plus Points as a result of purchasing products that are part of the Plus Points scheme.

Customers will be also be able to purchase Plus Points in order to generate a greater number of points and take advantage of special promotions.

Customers will be able to redeem their Plus Points against other products and services made available within the scheme.

Use of the Plus Points programme confirms acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of the Plus Points Site, The Terms and Conditions Of Plus Points,The Data Protection Policy and The Cookie Policy. Customers can view their statement showing the number of Plus Points generated, the number of Plus Points redeemed, the products purchased and redeemed under the scheme as well as what points have been purchased. This can be seen once the consumer has logged in and then click View Statement. Plus Points cannot be transferred to another person and cannot be exchanged for cash. Plus Points Terms and Conditions

1. These Rules (including our Policy on Privacy and Data Protection) govern the collection and use of Plus Points and set out the terms of the contract between InfoMedia Services Limited (“us/we") and each Account Holder. An Account Holder can register with the Plus Points collection programme ("Plus Points") by registering at downloads.carphonewarehouse.com and obtaining registration details ("Registration”) and can then earn Plus Points on various purchases. An Account Holder can earn further Plus Points by using a qualifying credit, debit or other payment methods such as Premium Rate SMS and IVR (Payment Methods). If you apply to register with InfoMedia Services Limited and/or downloads.carphonewarehouse.com you accept these rules. We may refuse an application for any good reason.

2. We will set up a Plus Points Account (“Account”) to record Plus Points (“Points”) earned, redeemed or purchased by each Account Holder. Changes of address must be notified to us. Account Holders must be over 18. The Account Holder may use his/her Plus Points to redeem other products available (“Rewards”)

3. Plus Points will operate various schemes that will allow Account holders to earn or redeem Plus Points as well as operate Special Promotions (“Offers”) with which Account Holders may generate Plus Points. These Plus Points may then be used to purchase other products available through the Plus Points programme. All Rewards are subject to availability.

4. Plus Points cannot be redeemed until credited to a Plus Points account. Different payment methods will take different periods to credit to the Account.

5. Plus Points have no expiry date but are lost if the relevant Account is closed or the Plus Points programme ends. Where Plus Points are redeemed for a Voucher carrying a specified cash discount or benefit, the Voucher will have an expiry date specified on it and will be subject to any other terms and conditions stated on the Voucher or otherwise publicised.

6. Redeemed Plus Points cannot be used again. If a transaction on which Plus Points are issued or redeemed is cancelled, reversed or not completed, we will reverse the associated Plus Points movement when instructed by the Account Holder of such an occurrence. If we verify the course of events we shall complete the reversal. InfoMedia will correct an Account if it is shown to our reasonable satisfaction to be wrong but, unless there are clear records showing this, our decision is final.

7. An Account Holder who continues to collect will get a regular update of the Plus Points position as we know it on the date we issue the update in respect of his/her Plus Points Account including the Plus Points collected, redeemed and bought. Account information is also available at downloads.carphonewarehouse.com where full transactional details can be found.

8. Plus Points are personal to a Plus Points Account and cannot normally be transferred. InfoMedia will retain sole discretion for transferral of all Plus Points.

9. Any Plus Points not earned and held in accordance with these Rules will be invalid and cannot be redeemed for Rewards. Any such Plus Points on an Account will be deducted and we may take other appropriate action. Plus Points from more than one Plus Points Account cannot be combined to redeem for the same Reward. Plus Points have no cash value.

10. Our Policy on Privacy and Data Protection (which is part of these Rules) sets out the information that we will gather on Account Holders and Additional Collectors, how an Account Holder or Additional Collector uses his/her Account and earns and redeems Plus Points, how this information will be used and who it may be shared with. We will comply with our Privacy Statement – every Account Holder should read it carefully.

11. If an Account Holder notifies us that they do not wish to receive marketing information from us or be contacted by us for promotional purposes in connection with InfoMedia and/or by participating companies we will comply with such request and pass on any relevant request to participating companies. If for any reason we need to transfer personal information outside the European Union for a specific purpose, we will ensure that it is treated to UK standards.

12. We may close any Plus Points Account on which no Plus Points have been earned or redeemed for a continuous period of at least 12 months. A Collector can close his/her Account at any time by notifying us. If an Account is closed your right to redeem Plus Points from that Account are lost.

13. We may make changes to these Rules and will give the Account Holder as much notice as we reasonably can. Earning or redeeming Plus Points on an Account will constitute acceptance of the revised Rules. We may suspend or terminate Plus Points but will give as much notice as we reasonably can before we do so. If this happens all Plus Points Accounts will be suspended or terminated. If we sell or transfer InfoMedia Services Limited to another company we may transfer all of our rights and obligations under these Rules without any further consent and may disclose or transfer all information we hold about Account Holders to a prospective or actual new owner. Such a disclosure or transfer will not alter the rights of such Account Holders in respect of the use that can be made of such information by such other company.

14. Our only responsibilities with respect to Party Plus are set out in these Rules which are subject to English law. We will only be liable to an Account Holder who suffers loss as a result of our breach of these Rules and, if so, our sole liability will be to credit to the relevant Account any Plus Points which have been wrongly deducted or should have been credited but were not. These Rules shall not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. These Rules prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials.

The policy on information collected through the Plus Points programme is as follows. It is part of the Plus Points Terms and Conditions. It is the Account Holder’s Responsibility to ensure that they have read and understood these conditions. Account Holders ('you') will provide information on a registration form or other communication with us and when you use your account or give details to earn or redeem Plus Points, we will record in its database the details of the transaction on which those Plus Points are earned or redeemed.

Any of this information may be used by where necessary to operate the Plus Points programme (for example, so that you can redeem your Plus Points or to help us prevent abuse of the programme).

Any information (including your name and address) that does not relate to specific goods or services that you buy (for example, the number of Plus Points you earn every month) may be used by us to analyse where and how you use your Plus Points Account. We may also use that information, so we can use it to select and send you offers (which may include bonus offers) which we believe are likely to interest you.

One of the benefits of participating in Plus Points is that, on the basis referred to above, we may use information about you to send you details of offers, promotions and products. You can choose between various options as to the use of information collected through Plus Points. If you:
